The new School 7 Library, with a total floor area of 2,800 m2, is located in Den Helder. It's not just a library – it is intended to be a public living room for the city's residents. Woningstichting Den Helder (the Den Helder Housing Foundation) invited Marcel van der Veer to create a new design and Keijsers was selected to construct the tailor-made interior.

The new library supports the ambitions of its owners, inspires the imaginations of its visitors and is an eye-catching local icon. Keijsers used high-quality material to achieve the warm radiance injected into the design by the architect.
