The KPN Building, by the striking design of Renzo Piano, is situated at the start of the Rotterdam Wilhelmina quay. In 2016 the building no longer met the requirements of the user. A major transformation, approved by Piano, revived the building.
On the ground floor a large entrance with public functions and business facilities has been set up, the tower has been transformed into to a modern and flexible workspace. In its new function the building reconnects the neighbourhood and the city and leads to vivid public life on the pier.
Keijsers Interiors was rewarded to supply and install the custom-made furniture. De custom made furniture is made of high quality materials matching the purpose of the furniture. As a masterpiece we built a library in solid and veneered oak. The KPN Board of Directors received an interior that fits this time.
